Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and seasoned Adult Health & Social Care Assessor/Tutor to join our team as a freelancer. This role is instrumental in guiding learners toward achieving their qualifications, ensuring that education and training exemplify industry excellence.  Experience working in a Hospital environment would be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of learners' progress based on health and social care standards, while offering insightful feedback.
• Develop and execute engaging teaching plans that accommodate various learning styles and requirements.
• Provide mentoring and support throughout the learning journey, ensuring that learners are on track to achieve their educational goals.

• Maintain thorough documentation of learners' progress and assessment outcomes.

Candidate Profile

• A current driving licence for travel to learners' locations.
• Proficiency with industry frameworks and standards.
